Pastry Arts

The Pastry Arts Certificate of Technical Studies serves students seeking occupations in hotels, restaurants, pastry shops, and in store and individually owned bakeries.

The program is designed to provide trained personnel for entry level positions in the baking/pastry industry.

Certificate programs are much shorter and more focused programs. They are designed to provide quick training to giving you basic understanding of your chosen field as well as an advantage getting started in a career. The Pastry Arts C.T.S. is built into the associate degree program. By completing this certificate, you can easily move into completing a higher-level degree without and loss of credits.
