Welcome to Delgado Community College Athletics! As Louisiana's first and oldest
Junior College Athletic program, Delgado prides itself on its rich athletic history and
tradition of excellence. The program was founded in 1972 and has grown through
the years to become one of the most well-known and respected programs in the
nation both on and off of the playing field. The Dolphins continue to strive to reach
their fullest potential, both in academics and athletics.
