BRADY BENOIT

ASSISTANT BASEBALL COACH

Brady Benoit begins his second season as the Dolphins' Assistant Baseball Coach.
Benoit was a standout athlete at Ridgewood Prep School,where he was named to the All-State team twice before graduating in 1995.He was a member of the New Orleans Boosters' summer program where,as a pitcher, he helped lead the Boosters to their 1995 AAABA Tournament Championship. Benoit would also return to Johnstown on the 1997 team.

Benoit went on to become a four-year letterman at the University of New Orleans, where he was a member of the 1996 NCAA Regional team. He also served as a graduate assistant coach on UNO’s 2000 SunBelt Championship team.

He returned to Ridgewood Prep from 2001-2005  as Head Coach, where two of his teams advanced to the state tournaments. In 2006, he was named an Assistant Coach at Archbishop Rummel High School. While at Rummel, Benoit was a Member of the school’s 2006 American Legion National Championship team. He joined the Delgado Baseball staff in Fall 2008.
