DOLPHINS VS. JONES
Delgado let a seven point halftime lead slip away as Jones defeated the Dolphins, 102-87, in a non conference game at Ellisville, Ms.
Darrell Williams had 17 first half points but was held to four in the second for the Dolphins (1-2). Devin Grigsby led Delgado with 22 points. Josh Major had 15 and Kenny Burnett had eight second half points and finished with 10.
Brandon Wilson had 21 free throw attempts for Jones and Delgado as a team shot but 19 free throws.
DOLPHINS FALL TO WOLFPACK 83-74Trailing by two at halftime, Delgado got into foul trouble in the second half as four starters fouled out in its 83-74 loss to Copiah Lincoln at the Southwest Mississippi Classic in Summitt, Miss.
Kenny Burnett had 16 points and Darrell Williams finished with 15 for the Dolphins (1-1).

Delgado got double-figure scoring from five players en route to its season opening, 86-71, victory over Southwest Ms. at Summitt, Ms.
Freshmen guard Darrell Williams led the Dolphins (1-0) with 22 points, Jamil Sanders had 14, Josh Major 12, Devin Grigsby and Kenny Burnett 10 each. Freshmen forward Brian Gibson had 10 rebounds and eight points. The Dolphins led 45-30 at halftime and the the Bears got no closer than nine points in the second half.
