Ranked 8^th in the nation among associate degree nursing programs, the school consistently has one of the highest pass rates on the national licensing exam. As well as being nationally known, Charity School of Nursing was named “Nursing School of the Year” by the Louisiana State Nurses Association at the Louisiana Nurses Foundation 2004 Nightingale Awards Centennial Celebration held in Baton Rouge in January 2004.
