Associate Degree

The Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Program at Delgado Community College includes two years of integrated general education, required related courses, and the EMT professional courses. The EMT component of the program begins in August of each year and consists of two years of class work and practical experience. EMTE 200, 201, 210, and 211 are offered as evening classes beginning in January of each year. (Numbers in parentheses indicate credit hours.)
