Tuition
Act 915, which became law on June 14, 2008, authorizes state colleges and universities to increase their tuition. Under this law, Delgado’s tuition and certain student fees will increase beginning in fall 2010.
New new, transfer and re-admit students of the former LTC Region 1, which becomes the Delgado Technical Division on Aug. 15, 2010, will pay Delgado Community College’s increased tuition rate and appropriate fees beginning in fall 2010 semester.
There will be an exception, however, for continuing students of the former LTC Region 1. For the remaining classes needed to complete the program in which they were enrolled as of spring 2010 semester, continuing students of the former LTC Region 1 will pay the LTC Region 1 tuition rate that was in effect before the merger.
