The Delgado Technical Division (formerly LTC Region 1) sites are Jefferson, West Jefferson, Slidell Instructional Services, and Sidney N. Collier.  Delgado – Sidney N. Collier, located in New Orleans East, is currently closed due to damage caused by hurricane Katrina.
