Leon Giorgio was the featured guest at the 2013 Roast of the Town held at Harrah's New Orleans in April.
Serving as Master of Ceremonies was Channel 4 Anchor, Eric Paulsen. Roasters included long time friends, Clancy DuBos, Co-Owner of Gambit Communications; Michael Maneza, Owner of Mr. Mudbug/12 Seasons; Greg Reggio, owner of Zea’s and Semolina Restaurants; The Honorable Jacques A. Sanborn, Judge, Division E, 34th Judicial District, St. Bernard Parish; and The Honorable Newell Normand, Sheriff, Jefferson Parish. The evening was topped off with the wit and wisdom of New Orleans’ own two time Emmy winning actor and radio announcer, Jay Thomas. The event was hosted by the Delgado Community College Foundation with all proceeds benefiting programs at the college

Eric Paulsen, Renowned Channel 4 Morning Show host and Anchor,was the featured guest at the 2009 Roast of the Town held at the Hotel Intercontinental in April.
Serving as Mistress of Ceremonies was Channel 4 Anchor, Angela Hill. Roasters included long time co-host, Sally-Ann Roberts who provided video of Paulsen on air from the 1970’s. Close friend Greg Reggio, owner of Zea’s Restaurants, offered insights to Paulsen’s character never before revealed. Soap opera star, Christian LeBlanc, shared stories of Morning Show interviews with Paulsen. Dr. Laura Badeaux, Director of Louisiana Center for Women and Government, gave us a glimpse of their 30 year friendship. The Honorable Aaron Broussard and former Channel 4 Meteorologist, David Bernard, continued the revelations into the real Eric Paulsen. The evening was topped off with the wit and wisdom of New Orleans’ own Emmy winning actor, Jay Thomas.
The event was hosted by the Delgado Community College Foundation with all proceeds benefiting programs at the college.
