Requirements and Deadlines
Priority Processing- if you have submitted all required documents by November 5. 2011 for the Spring 2012 Semester your application will be given priority. You will be notified before the start of the semester if you qualify for Federal Title IV aid. If you register during priorty registration, you must make payment arrangements no later than January 6, 201 for the Spring 2011 semester.
If you register during regular registration, you must make payment arrangement by the close of business that day or your class schedule will be deleted.
Loans - to apply for an educational loan to help pay thhe cost of attending school, you must have received a response to your free application for finanical assistance. The deadline to apply for a loan is April 15, 2012.
Financial Assistance Appeals- In Time to Hold Classes- if you submit your Spring 2012 financial assistance appeal before the close of business on Tuesday, January 6,2012, we will consider your appeal in time for your classes to be held with financial assistance if the committee approve the appeal. If you submit an appeal after January 6, 2012, you must pay to hold your classes.
The last date to submit an appeal - The last date for submission of an appeal for the Spring 2012 semester is Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
First-time loan Borrowers
Federal regulations require that the College delay delivering the proceeds of educational loans to first time borrowers until 30 days after the start of classes. Therefore, student loan funds for first time borrowers will not be to their accounts bofore February 23, 2012 for the Spring 2012 semester.

Students will start to receive refunds February 8-20, 2012
Official 14th Class Day - February 6, 2012
Final Day to apply for Spring 2012 Financial Assistance -April 15, 2012
Final day to submit Financial Assistance application and documentation for Spring 2012 - April 20, 2012
Priority deadline to complete FAFSA for Summer Aid- April 25, 2012
Priority deadline to complete FAFSA for Fall 2012- May 1, 2012
Final day to have all document submitted for Fall 2012-July1, 2012
