College.
Selecting

qualified
faculty
and
staff is

the most

factors
contributing
to the
success
of
Delgado.
These
procedures
are
intended
to
provide

flexibility
to the
Department
as
possible,
while
ensuring
that
recruitment
is
consistent
with
generally
accepted
management
principles
and
legal
guidelines.
