OIT upgraded the ServiceNow Helpdesk portal on Monday, May 22, 2017. The Employee Self Service (ESS) interface has been replaced with a new ServicePortal (SP) Catalog of Services, which has a much different look and feel. Login to ServiceNow will remain the same. You need only enter your LOLA (Banner) username and password to access the system. Visit the Training section of the OIT website for tutorials on navigating and using the new ServicePortal Catalog of Services.
In adherence to the Louisiana Office of Technology Services Information Security Policy, all of the replacement computers installed as part of the college-wide computer replacement initiative come equipped with Microsoft Office 2016 and the Windows 10 operating system which requires users to encrypt electronic media using BitLocker before files can be saved to it.
