Steps Locations

1. Submit Admission Application ($25 application fee assessed) 

All admissions requirements are due to the college within 30 days of the 1st day of school. 

City Park: Building 2, Dolphin Station
West Bank: Building 1. Room 102
Covington: Lockwood Front Desk
Slidell: Front Desk

2. Schedule and Take Appropriate Placement Test ($15 testing fee assessed)

3.Attend Freshman Orientation to receive class schedule –by appointment only!

Schedule Orientation after you have taken the placement test through the Office of Testing.

4. Secure Classes (click to download PDF)

All payments must be made by 7 PM the same day by that your schedule is made/day that you attend Orientation!

Regionally Accredited High School Graduate or High School Equivalence Diploma Recipient (GED) Must take the Placement Test unless exempted by ACT scores (18 English, 18 Math and 17 Reading)
Non-High School Graduate Must take the Ability to Benefit Exam at Delgado Community College
Non-native English Speakers Must take the ESL Placement Test
