1.Get a parking decal

• Bring your vehicle registration and license with you to the Bursar’s office. (If you are purchasing two decals, you must have both registrations and they must be registered in the same household).
• Complete a vehicle registration form and pick up your decal when you pay tuition.(Payment for decal is not included in tuition).
• For those who make payment online or secure classes with Financial Aid, parking decals must be secured before the second Monday of school at the Bursar’s Office.

2. Get Delgado ID card – ID card office 

New students can receive their ID card  48 hours after securing classes. Click for more information on how to secure classes.

3. Receive and Activate your Dolphin One Card

All new students receive a lime green envelop that contains your personalized higher one card. All students should activate their Dolphin One Card and keep their card in a safe place. There is a charge for lost or misplaced cards.

5. Purchase books* - In person at the bookstore or online

Bring a copy of your schedule to ensure you purchase the correct books

*Bookstore credits are only available for students who have a negative balance on their account!
