Does unused declining balance carry over to the following semester?
Yes, declining balance will carry over from Fall to Spring, but will not carry over to a new academic year.  We can help you decide on the right plan to fit your schedule and eating habits, ensuring that you get the full value for your dollars.


Can I change my meal plan?
Yes. During the first two weeks of the semester, you have the opportunity to change your dining plan. Simply visit the Food Service Office in the Student Life Center and fill out a Membership Change Form.

Can I treat a friend by using my meal plan?
You can use your declining balance dollars at any of our locations to treat friends and family members at any location.

What do I do when my Declining Balance runs low?
Reload! Simply add to your account with cash, check, money order or credit card by visiting the Burser's Office or at a PHIL machine.
