Real Estate
Delgado offers two programs in Real Estate. A Technical Competency Area in Real Estate Sales and an Associate of Applied Science in Business & Management with a concentration in Real Estate. The degree program prepares students with an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry. Upon completion of this program, graduates will have gained knowledge in the varied disciplines of real estate management, sales and service and will possess new skills that will enhance their professional development.
These programs are accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs.
Technical Competency Area
The purpose of this Technical Competency Area (TCA) is to prepare the student for the State of Louisiana Real Estate licensing examination, and subsequent employment as Real Estate Sales Agent.
