Culinary Management Certificate of Technical Studies
Program consists of a series of comprehensive courses designed to provide food service managers and hospitality program students with training needed for success in the industry. A certificate will be issued through the National Restaurant Association upon the completion of the following courses. Students interested in this program should contact the Culinary Arts Office for entrance and deadline dates.
