The Hospitality Management Program provides academic instruction and practical experience in the field of hospitality. The program offers concentrations in:

  • Hotel and Lodging Management,
  • Tourism; and
  • Food and Beverage Management.

The program is designed to provide trained personnel for entry-level positions and mid-management positions in the hospitality industry. The program is also designed for students who wish to continue with their studies by matriculating into:

  • School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration at the University of New Orleans; and
  • Conrad Hilton’s program at the University of Houston, Texas.
