Enrollment Procedures

Steps for Enrolling Your Child at the Children’s Center

1. Contact Kendra Andrus, Director, at (504) 671-6542 to schedule a tour of the facility and review its policies.

2. If space is available in the appropriate age group, register your child by completing the Enrollment Intake Form and submitting your child’s immunization records to Nicole Winford, Administrative Coordinator. 

3. Pay Non-Refundable $60 Registration Fee per child per semester with a $5 discount for each additional child (Example: $60 first child, $55 second child, $50 third child, etc.) at the Bursar’s Office. Bring receipt to the Center for verification to Nicole Winford, Administrative Coordinator, who will schedule your child's start date and provide you with an invoice for the first week's tuition.

4. Bring the invoice to the Bursar's Office and pay one week’s tuition in advance before your child’s start date. Bring your child's tuition receipt to the Center for verification before the start date.
