Enrollment Procedures

 Steps for Enrolling Your Child at the Children’s Center

1. Contact Kendra Andrus, Director, at (504) 671-6542 to schedule a tour of the facility and review its policies.

2. If space is available in the appropriate age group, register your child by completing the Enrollment Intake Form and submitting your child’s immunization records to Syretta Ussin, Administrative Coordinator. 

3. Submit required payments to Syretta Ussin, Administrative Coordinator, in check or money order made payable to "Delgado Community College JGCC" (no cash or credit card payments accepted) as follows prior to start date:

  • Non-refundable Registration Fee*: $120 per child per year discounted $5 for each additional child. (Example: $120 first child, $115 second child, $110 third child, etc.).

  • Non-refundable Technology Fee*: $150 per family per year.
    *Note: Arrangements can be made to pay these fees on a semester or biweekly basis.     

  • First Week's Tuition: $150 per week per child discounted $5 for each additional child (Example: $150 first child, $145 second child, $140 third child, etc.)
