Access to Capital
Delgado Community College works with Hope Enterprise Corporation (HOPE), a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), to provide loans to local businesses. Through the partnership with HOPE, loans are available to qualifying small businesses that lack access to affordable capital or that do not qualify for traditional sources of credit.

Loan applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, independent of acceptance into the business education program at Delgado Community College.
