Application for Graduation
Students must apply for graduation. The application should be filled out before registering for the final semester. The application must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar at the student’s respective campus. Once submitted, your academic record will be evaluated.
Note: All Business & Technology majors must report to the Business & Technology Division to complete the graduation application.
To apply for graduation follow the steps below:
1. Print and complete the form below
- Submit your application for Graduation in person or by mail
- Pay the $50.00 graduation processing fee at the time you turn in your application. Request by mail only: You may submit a cashier’s check or a money order. Neither cash nor personal checks will be accepted.
- Mail your Graduation Application to:

Please check the Student Handbook or the Calendar of Events for deadlines to apply for graduation.
There will be an additional $40.00 late graduation fee if you miss the application deadline.
Note: Graduation Applications will not be processed unless the $ 50.00 graduation fee has been paid.
