Delgado Faculty and Staff Win First Place in ‘Bowling for a Cause’

Bowlers from the Delgado Community College Workforce Development and Technical Education division won the First Place trophy at the Louisiana Community and Technical Colleges (LCTCS)/Capital Area United Way “Bowling for a Cause” event, held on Sept. 27 at Fulton Alley in New Orleans. As part of the LCTCS statewide annual conference held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel Sept. 26-28, bowling teams from five Louisiana community and technical colleges and the LCTCS administration competed in the event, raising $4,000 for a joint LCTCS-United Way fundraising campaign.
