Delgado Community College Chancellor Joan Davis will participate in a Panel Session at noon today, Aug. 25, at the Katrina 10 Media Center in the Sheraton Hotel at 500 Canal Street in downtown New Orleans.
The event is open to the public as well as to members of the international news media who are covering the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
