If you are eligible to receive a Pell Grant or student loan and have authorized aid, or your account has a credit balance (negative balance) after your tuition and fees have been paid, books may be purchased using bookstore voucher for students who are eligible if financial aid has been processed and authorized for at least 48 hours. You may purchase up to $900 in books and supplies in the College contracted bookstore or online at dcc.bncollege.com. through January 24.

We have a new process to gather student documents online at dcc.studentaidprocess.com. If you are selected for Verification, you should receive an email from email@example.com with instructions to begin the process. Click on the Personalized URL link within that email to access the student portal and create your login and password. Follow the instructions in the portal to submit the required documents. You must complete all documentation before you can continue in the financial aid process. The new student portal will allow us to process your financial aid in a quicker manner.
Repetitive (repeated) courses will count toward a student’s hours attempted. Repeated courses that were previously failed are counted in hours pursued and, if successfully completed, hours earned.

**Formal admission as a student is required before financial assistance can be offered. The student’s file is not considered to be complete and cannot be evaluated until the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (with Delgado's school code 004626) and ALL other requested documents have been submitted.
While students may apply for federal financial aid throughout the year, Delgado Community College has established financial aid processing priority dates for each enrollment period. If all financial aid documents are submitted by the processing priority date, financial aid will be packaged prior to the start of class.
