Delgado ID Card

All students must have their LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal) number to get an ID card and must have the ID card in their possession while on campus. The ID allows you to have access to the library and computer labs, and it allows you to spend Dolphin Dollars to make copies or buy drinks from select Coca-Cola vending machines on Delgado campuses. $5 will be available on each student's Dolphin Card account no later than the first day of class for free printing at all libraries and computer labs.

You can accept your Bookstore Credit using your ID Card.  Please log in to the Student ID Card portal to see if you have bookstore credit on your ID card account.

Students have two ways to deposit money on their Dolphin cards:

1. Online via the student portal. Debit and major credit cards (VISA, MC, American Express, Discover) accepted.
   • Go to the Student ID Card Portal
   • Enter your LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal) username and password
   • Click Add Dolphin Dollars Here or Make a Deposit
   • Follow the instructions
2. At the Bursar's office during regular business hours.

There will be no VTS machines on the Delgado campuses. All deposited funds are available to the student as needed; however, refunds are not issued under any circumstances. If you lose your ID there is a $10 replacement fee payable to the Bursar’s Office in Building 2, Room 104-A (the ID Center does not accept any form of payment).

Spend Dolphin Dollars at Select Drink Machines

Students, faculty, and staff can now use their Delgado Dolphin ID cards to purchase drinks at participating Coca-Cola vending machines on campus! Look for the sticker (shown below) indicating machines that accept payment using the Delgado Dolphin ID Card.

Note: To purchase a drink from the vending machine, you must first add Dolphin Dollars to your account. The $5 balance automatically added to each student's account for printing cannot be used at vending machines.
