Areas within the Success Center:
(all staff below are crossed trained in the areas of Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Accounts Receivable)
1. Welcome Desk – provides basic triage for students ensuring student’s get in the correct place for the services they are requesting
2. Self Service area – provides an area for students to access Delgado’s Online Student Services. Students can seek assistance from a student staff in this area.
3. Answer Center – accepts documents, works new students through the enrollment process and can navigate complex questions and problems associated with the enrollment process.
4. Call Center – provides students with their next step in the enrollment process and navigates common student obstacles for students, and parents via phone
