College-wide email to students - Events that are College-wide can be emailed to all students by emailing Dr. Arnel Cosey or Monique Cola The email must be written as you want it to be delivered to the student body. In the subject, please list the title of the event and add -- please send to students.
Student Activities Calendar and Facebook page - To get information into the student activities calendar and listed on the Student Life Facebook page, please send the signed event function request to The Student Life Administrative Assistant. Again, please make sure all of the information about the event is included on the event description section of the function request.
Public Relations - Any event that is open to the community (outside of Delgado) can be advertised additionally by the Public Relations office.
Faculty/Staff Emails - Please email Tony Cook or Leslie Salinero to have events emailed to all faculty and staff. The email must be written as you want it to be delivered to the student body. In the subject, please list the title of the event and add -- please send to faculty/staff.
The Dolphin - Will publish event information free of charge for student organizations. Please submit a press release, photographs (with captions), or advertisements/flyers to email@example.com . When you make your press release, make sure that you grammar and spelling are correct. The Dolphin is less likely to run an item if it is filled with errors, and if it is published it will reflect poorly on your organization. Also anything you submit may be edited by the Dolphin Staff, mainly for reasons of length and clarity. Click to download a press release template.
