July 2021 – Delgado Culinary Arts in partnership with Krewe de Pink and The Schoen
Mansion are hosting a fundraiser that benefits Tulane Breast Cancer Research. The
event is called Death By Chocolate! Guests will sample each chocolate creation while
enjoying champagne then vote for their favorite The Delgado students are awarded scholarship
prizes for their creations.

May 2021 - Delgado Culinary Arts and the University of Holy Cross joint effort to
enroll Delgado Culinary students and graduates in the Food Science bachelor’s degree
program at UHC, leading to careers with companies such as Blue Runner, Zatarains,
and Camellia Beans.
