Ms. Alfreda Bell-Pilgrim is from New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a graduate of Xavier University Preparatory High School.  She earned her Bachelors of Arts from Tulane University and her Masters from Troy State University.  She is a United States Army Veteran.

Ms. Bell-Pilgrim has worked for Delgado Community College since November 2007.  She has been a member of the West Bank Advising Team since January 2008. 

Mrs. Kimberly Benberry-Jones

Mrs. Kimberly Benberry-Jones is from New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a graduate of Xavier University Preparatory High School.   She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her Masters degree from Xavier University of New Orleans in Mental Health Counseling. 

Mrs. Benberry-Jones has worked for Delgado Community College-West Bank since October 2011.  She began the advising team in October 2011 as the Career Services Advisor.  Kimberly now serves as the West Bank Business and Technology Advisor. 

Mr. Frank Payne, Jr.

Mr. Frank Payne, Jr. is a native of Beech Island, South Carolina. He is a decorated military veteran who honorably served twenty-two years in the United States Navy as a Chief Air Traffic Controller before joining Delgado Community College. He retired from the Navy in 2004. He was assigned to Delgado Community College-West Bank Student Services staff in April 2005 as an academic and retention advisor. Mr. Payne holds a Master of Public Administration Degree from Troy University, a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. Mr. Payne is also a Delgado College alumnus and holds an Associate of General Studies Degree in Mathematics. Mr. Payne is married and has two children. 

Mr. Joseph Williams

Mr. Joseph Williams is the Student Accessibility Services Coordinator for the West Bank campus at Delgado Community College. He is responsible that each campus is in compliance with the American with Disability Act and that each student with a documented disability is receiving reasonable accommodations as protected under federal and state law. He has participated in regional site visits to community colleges in Louisiana in conjunction with the Louisiana Community and Technical College system to ensure compliancy to special needs students. As an active member of The Jefferson Parish Community, he is very involved in a wide variety of community –related organizations and events.

Mr. Williams has served as a social worker for 15 years as being an advocate that provided case management services for the city most vulnerable populations. He was a member of Kingsley House Community and Supportive Services Program of the Hope VI federal grant program that provided case management services to the River Garden District (formerly St. Thomas public housing development). He has worked with Southern University of New Orleans and participated as a member of the enrollment management advisory board.

Joseph Williams is a graduate of Tulane University where he earned his Master of Social Work. He received a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from Louisiana State University. He is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
