Delgado Theatre Production 'Almost, Maine' Opens November 16

The Delgado Community College Theatre Department announces their latest production: the romantic comedy "Almost, Maine" by John Cariani.

"Almost, Maine" opens Wednesday, November 16, 2022 in the Timothy K. Baker Theatre, 615 City Park Ave., Building 1. The production will run one week only: Wednesday, November 16 through Sunday, November 20. The curtain times for Wednesday, Friday and Saturday performances are at 7:30 p.m., and the Thursday and Sunday matinees on November 17 and 20 are at 2:30 p.m.

"Almost, Maine" is written by John Cariani. The play is directed by Kristopher LaMorte. The play will be performed by students from Delgado’s Theatre Program.

One cold, clear, winter night, as the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents of Almost, Maine find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and hilarious ways. Hearts are broken and mended in this delightful midwinter night’s dream.  

The Delgado production staff includes costume design by Megan Whittle, scene design by James Means and lighting and sound design by Tom Dawson.
