Delgado Visits the Louisiana State Penitentiary for the Re-Entry Program

Members of Delgado's Workforce Development team, the Mayor's Office of Workforce Development, JOB1 and GNO Inc., together with Judge Authur Hunter, visited the Angola Re-Entry Program at the Louisiana State Penitentiary to help develop the Orleans Career Program.
