Foundation Board Chair Reigns as Argus XXXVII for Mardi Gras 2022

This Mardi Gras, Argus the 37th was businessman Lee Giorgio, who serves as chairman of the board for the Delgado Community College Foundation. An interview with him appeared on nola.com, in which he talked about his involvement with the college over the past 25 years: “It just changes people's lives and gives them the ability to get good jobs," he said.

Also, on Mardi Gras day  Giorgio told WGNO-TV News that Delgado can be a springboard to good-paying jobs that can support a family. The college’s mission in the New Orleans region is critical, he said.
