The program offers a practical, industry-focused curriculum that covers essential topics such as inventory control, procurement, global logistics, and freight management. Students learn to analyze logistics systems, solve real-world problems, and use modern software and tools relevant to the field. With input from industry partners, the program emphasizes hands-on training and career readiness. Graduates are equipped to enter the workforce immediately or continue their education in business or logistics.
Principal Alexis Long and Career Technical Education Coordinator Kaneesha Celestine-Jones highlighted the program’s role in equipping students with both academic knowledge and industry-specific skills. Delgado’s CTS credentials provide a pathway to immediate employment and long-term career advancement in a region with growing demand for logistics professionals.
A certificate award ceremony was held to honor the cadets and celebrate this milestone.
