Locations
The City Park Campus is centrally located on City Park Avenue to serve the entire
city of New Orleans and neighboring suburbs and parishes. This nationally known, historic
campus is the original location of Delgado Community College, and 100 years later
it remains the largest Delgado campus with approximately 8,000 students and dozens
of diverse academic programs.

The West Bank Campus is the leading public institution of higher education on the
West Bank of the Mississippi River, serving students from Orleans, Jefferson, and
several nearby parishes including Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, and St. John.
The campus currently enrolls approximately 3,000 students in a broad range of day,
evening, and Saturday classes.

The Charity School of Nursing, which has been in continuous operation educating nurses
in the city since 1894, joined with Delgado Community College in 1990 to develop a
new nursing program offering an associate degree. The school quickly reached full
capacity and is a top producer of registered nurses and practical nurses with a national
reputation for excellence.
The Sidney Collier Site, located in eastern New Orleans, replaced a campus that was
destroyed during Hurricane Katrina and re-opened August 29, 2014. The site is convenient
to residents of eastern neighborhoods as well as St. Tammany and St. Bernard parishes.
It offers courses leading to the associate degree, transfer to four-year institutions,
and technical diplomas.

The Maritime and Industrial Training Facility is located in New Orleans East on Old
Gentilly Road. The facility offers courses on firefighting and industrial safety and
also navigational radar courses. It is internationally recognized for top-quality
workforce education using state-of-the-art technology and the latest industry standards.
The Jefferson Site is located west of the city of New Orleans in the suburb of Metairie
and is home to many programs in the Technical Division as well as other divisions
of the college. It is a key educational resource for the region, offering both day
and evening courses in a location that is convenient to residents of Jefferson, Orleans,
St. Charles, and nearby parishes.
The River City Site and Advanced Manufacturing Center opened in Avondale, Louisiana,
in August 2018. The site offers technical, academic, credit and non-credit programs;
Louisiana Transfer Degree and general education courses; top training for in-demand,
well-paying jobs; and dual enrollment opportunities for high school students.
