Welcome to the Delgado Community College Sidney Collier Site, located in the New Orleans Ninth Ward community.  It is an honor to serve as the executive dean and assist you with your academic and careers goals. Sidney Collier is your premier site for technical programs such as architectural construction, barber-stylist, carpentry, computer aided drafting and design, cosmetology, esthetics, practical nursing, and residential and commercial electrical.
