Registration Error/Override Forms

Use these forms to request overrides for the following LoLA/Banner registration errors.

  • Prerequisite or Test Score Errors: The system does not see a required prerequisite or test score for the class, typically for the following reasons:
    • Prerequisite courses were taken at another institution, and the transcript has not been sent to the college or evaluated.
    • Prerequisite courses are in progress.
    • ACT, SAT, or Placement Test Score(s) are not on file.

    • Required minimum grades in prerequisite courses were not met.

  • Co-requisite errors
  • Instructor and Departmental Approval Errors
  • ALL Course sections are full. Full Section Overrides are Only Granted when ALL OFFERINGS of a course are filled. 

Unofficial Transcripts must be attached for Prerequisite/Test Score errors and Co-requisite errors
