Enroll in hospitality training through Delgado’s Opportunity Youth program.

PATHWAYS:

2-Year Associate Degree in Hospitality Management

Curriculum includes instruction in and preparation for entry-level and mid-management positions in hospitality operations and management, travel and tourism, hospitality revenue management and law, food and beverage management, and convention management. The program offers six distinct concentrations exist within the associate degree:

1. Restaurant Management
2. Hotel and Lodging Management
3. Tourism Management
4. Beverage Management
5. Meeting and Event Management
6. Catering Management

1-Semester Hospitality Career and Technical Certificate (CTC)

The CTC program provides foundational courses, including Introduction to Hospitality and Introduction to Travel and Tourism that cover key skills needed to enter the workforce. The Opportunity Youth program will pay for students to take the credentialing exam.
