ServiceNow is an Information Technology Service Management platform hosted by Delgado Community College and powered by ServiceNow. It is designed to help consolidate requests and services college wide via one portal. Rich in functionality and entirely web based, ServiceNow offers:
- A single system of record to request IT and other related services, operations, and resources
- Self Service - gives employees an intuitive online storefront experience to request goods and services
- Accessible Knowledge Base for Self Help Empowerment
- 24/7 On-Line Helpdesk incident ticket and service requests/approvals
To access ServiceNow, you need only enter your LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal) username and password. The user interface known as the ServicePortal Catalog of Services is now available and instructions are located under the Reference Materials section.
