Veterinary Technology Application

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

When you submit your completed application you will receive a copy of your application in your email. Applications are due by May 1st and must include all of the following: (1) transcripts from every college you have attended, and (2) one Clinical Observation Form from a DVM/RVT completing the form for you digitally. Your application will not be accepted unless all forms, including official transcripts from every college attended, are included. Please note if official transcripts were submitted as part of the general admission application to Delgado, a second set of official transcripts may need to be sent to the Allied Health admissions office for entry into the Program for course verification.
