The CWRC is your space for learning.
We provide one-on-one coaching for all enrolled Delgado students on writing, reading, presentations, and study strategies: the skills you need to succeed in college. Whether you're balancing work and school, learning in multiple languages, or returning to education, our coaches meet you where you're at.
Your work, your voice, your plan. Together, we create a Blue Sheet: a process document that gives you a roadmap for tackling assignments and building skills you can use in any class and beyond. The work belongs to you, and so does your success.

How Coaching Works
- We Listen: Tell us about your assignment, your concerns, and what you want to work on. You set the agenda.
- We Work Together: Your coach will ask questions, offer strategies, and guide you through the writing, reading, or communication process. This is a conversation, not a lecture.
- You Leave with a Plan: Every session ends with a Blue Sheet, your personalized roadmap with specific next steps and strategies to continue your work.
- You Own Your Success: We don't do the work for you; we help you develop the skills and confidence to do it yourself. The work is yours, and so is the growth.”
