How to connect to Delgado Wireless Internet (WiFi)
Troubleshooting Steps
- If you are experiencing issues connecting to DOLPHIN-WiFi, please verify that you can access your Delgado email account here: http://outlook.com/dcc.edu.
- If you cannot access your Delgado email account, please visit https://password.dcc.edu/ to reset your Delgado email account password.
- If you continue to have issues, send a screenshot or photo of your error to dcchelpdesk@dcc.edu.
Dolphin WiFi
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap WiFi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Select DOLPHIN-WIFI.
- When the login box appears, enter your Delgado username and password.
- First time WiFi users, check I accept the terms of use.
- Click Log In.
Guest WiFi
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap Wi-Fi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Select DCC-GUESTWIFI.
- When the Dolphin WiFi login box appears, select 8 hour or extended guest wireless access.
- Fill in the form with your information.
- You will receive a text and email with passcode.
- Click on the link and enter the passcode.
- You should now be connected to browse the internet.
