First-Time Freshmen Orientation
All First-time Freshmen must participate in Delgado's First-time Freshmen Orientation Program. We offer Orientation In-person and online. During Orientation, you will learn more about what it is like to take college courses, how to pay for college, and how to connect with Delgado's free support services.

Step 1: Before Orientation COMPLETE:
- Your FASFA
You can complete the FAFSA online.

Complete your 24-25 FAFSA for Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 enrollment
Visit our Financial Aid page for more information.
- Your Career Exploration Assessment by setting up your Focus 2 Career account using Dolphins as your access code. Please complete the Work Interest and Skills assessments.
Step 2: Attend online orientation and a registration event.

Online Orientation consists of a series of videos that teach you about the enrollment process. Watching these videos provides new students with important information about scheduling courses and federal financial aid.
Attend a Registration Event
Delgado offers many registration events to assist students with enrolling at Delgado. During these events students can meet with faculty to develop their schedule and a financial aid represententative to finalize their federal financial aid package.
