Applying for Admission to Delgado?

Here’s what to submit to certify you completed high school.
Students are admitted to college without official proof of high school completion.
However, official high school completion may be requested in order to receive federal financial aid.

 

OFFICIAL REGIONALLY ACCREDITED HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS
You can submit regionally accredited official high school transcripts to Delgado’s Office of Admission by:

•  Requesting the official transcript be mailed directly from the high school or school board to Delgado:Office of Admissions | Delgado Community College | 615 City Park Avenue | New Orleans, LA 70119
•  Requesting official electronic transcripts directly from Parchment, Clearinghouse, or school.
•  Delivering an unopened official high school transcript that was provided to you by your school. All documents must have a graduation date and proper signatures.

Delgado Community College accepts the following high school accreditation agencies: Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACACOC), Cognia accreditation organizations, National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) accreditation organizations, Louisiana Montessori Association (LMA), and the Diocese and Archdiocese in which the school is located.

 

LOUISIANA GED / HiSET
All Louisianan GED and HiSET transcripts are electronically delivered to Delgado from DiplomaSender.

Visit https://diplomasender.com to submit your request directly to Delgado.

 

OUT OF STATE GED / HiSET
You can submit official out-of-state GED or HiSET transcripts to Delgado’s Office of Admission by:

•  Requesting the official out-of-state GED or HiSET transcripts be mailed directly from the state governing body that issued the transcript to Delgado: Office of Admissions | Delgado Community College | 615 City Park Avenue | New Orleans, LA

•  Requesting the official out-of-state GED or HiSET transcripts be emailed to Delgado directly from Parchment, Clearinghouse, or the state governing body that issued the transcript.

 

HOMESCHOOL
You can submit official Louisiana Homeschool transcripts to Delgado’s Office of Admission by requesting all documentation below to be mailed directly from the state governing board to Delgado OR delivering to Delgado all documentation below in a
sealed envelope directly from the state governing board.
